Returns & Exchanges

At SYZ Aroma Candles our priority is your satisfaction, and we stand behind the quality of our products. We recognize that selecting a fragrance online—especially for customers outside our local area—can be challenging. If a scent does not meet your expectations, we are happy to offer an exchange.
Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 3 days of delivery, and items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Returns
Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the candle(s) or wax melts only.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Shipping costs will be shared.
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
We will cover shipping for the replacement candle(s) or wax melts.
